Dropped $300 on an AI email tool for my dad's hardware shop, and it paid for itself in 11 days

I was skeptical about AI writing product emails, but the tool pulled old customer questions and turned them into a weekly newsletter that actually got replies. Made back the cost in 11 days from two bulk orders that came straight off that email. Anyone else using AI for email at a small shop level, or am I late to this?
