Hit the AI writing ceiling at a conference keynote in Austin
Was at a marketing conference last Thursday and this speaker was showing off an AI tool that could rewrite product pages in seconds. Everyone was clapping. Me? I'm sitting there thinking about the 3 clients last month who all got the same generic "in today's fast-paced digital landscape" opening from a chatbot draft I let slip through. That moment made me stop trusting AI to write from scratch. Now I only use it for outlines and keyword lists. Has anyone else found that AI works better as a research helper than an actual writer, or am I the only one who got burned?

Well, I used to let AI write for me too, but one bad client email cured that real quick.
