Pro tip: I spent $500 on an AI content tool that just rewrote old blog posts
About a year ago, I bought a yearly plan for an AI writing assistant that promised to create fresh, SEO-friendly articles. It just spun my existing content into slightly different words, which Google flagged as duplicate. I lost the subscription fee and the time I spent cleaning up the mess. Has anyone found an AI tool that actually helps with original content ideas?

Cleaning up the mess" sounds dramatic. It's just some duplicate content, not a disaster.

Right, like it's the end of the world over some copied text.

Ugh, that's such a frustrating waste of money. I'm curious, did the tool at least give you any data on what made the new versions different, or was it a total black box? @reed.eva, I get it's not the end of the world, but when you pay for a tool to solve a problem and it actively makes it worse, that stings. Finding something that actually sparks new ideas feels impossible sometimes.
