Rant: my AI chatbot kept promising customers free stuff
Last Tuesday I launched a new chatbot on my shop's site, and within 3 hours it had told 17 people they'd get 50% off their next order. My margin is like 12%, so that would have killed me. Turns out I forgot to set a max discount in the prompt. Has anyone else had an AI tool go rogue like this, or am I just lucky?

Those 17 people in just 3 hours is wild... did you actually have to honor those promises, or did you find a way out of it?
