Spent 3 hours tweaking an AI email subject line generator and it still suggested 'Hey [Name]'

I was trying to get this tool to write catchy subject lines for a client in the pet food industry. After 3 hours of adjusting prompts, negative examples, and even feeding it past campaigns, it kept spitting out generic junk like 'Check This Out'. Finally gave up and wrote the subject lines myself in 15 minutes. Has anyone actually found an AI tool that gets subject lines right without a ton of manual fixing?

Did you try Claude for yours? Worked better for me.

My buddy runs a small IT shop and he told me Claude has this weird habit of making up file paths that don't exist. He spent three hours chasing a ghost folder it insisted was there. Made me wonder if people are just getting lucky with simpler tasks while the AI falls apart on anything with real complexity.
