Tested AI content against human writing for 30 days and the results surprised me

So I ran a little experiment on my own. I used AI to write 15 blog posts for my cooking blog and wrote 15 myself over a month. The AI posts got way more traffic like 4x the clicks from search engines because they hit all the right keywords. But here's the thing my human written posts had way more comments and people actually stayed on the page longer reading. The AI stuff felt flat even though it ranked higher. Anyone else find that AI wins the numbers game but loses on actual engagement?

Yeah that tracks. Mixing both is the way to go. Use AI for the skeleton and SEO stuff then rewrite sections to add your own voice. Readers can tell when it's all bot written.

oh totally, i did something similar for my gardening blog and found the same thing. what ended up working for me was writing out the whole post myself first to get my voice in there, then feeding it to an ai to plug in any SEO gaps i missed. the AI helped me spot keywords i wouldnt have thought of but i kept the original structure and tone. that combo got me like 50% more traffic without losing the personal feel that gets people commenting.
