Can we talk about the AI face swap mess on my real estate photos

Last week I used an AI editing tool on 12 listings to swap faces in group shots, thinking it saved me time. It put my client's head on the wrong body in three photos. I had to redo the whole batch by midnight because the buyers already saw the weird versions online. The tool cost me $40 a month, but the embarrassment was worse when the client called me out. I went back to doing it manually in Photoshop like I did 3 years ago, even though it takes twice as long. Has anyone else had an AI tool botch a simple face swap so bad it ruined their credibility?
