Spent 4 hours fighting a background removal tool before reading the docs

I was working on this batch of product shots for my Etsy store, like 30 photos of vintage watches. Every time I used the AI background remover, it kept leaving these weird halos around the metal straps. I thought it was the tool being buggy, so I kept tweaking settings, re-uploading, even tried a different browser. Finally after 4 hours I skimmed their FAQ and saw you need to adjust the edge detection slider for shiny objects. Felt like a total idiot. Has anyone else burned half a day on a simple setting you just missed?
