Hot take: hardwired systems are way more reliable than wireless, but customers always push back

Last Tuesday a guy in Phoenix argued with me for 20 minutes that his wireless sensors were fine, then the battery died during his demo and the alarm didn't trip. Who else deals with people insisting on the cheaper option until it fails on them?

Watch the customer try to blame the installers when their "perfect" wireless setup craps out in the middle of dinner. That Phoenix guy learned the hard way not to argue with physics.
