Last Tuesday was my worst day on the job in 5 years

I had three back-to-back service calls in Maplewood where every single alarm panel was throwing a different error code, and my van's battery died at the third house. Turned out the first two were bad transformers from a batch I installed last month, and the third was a zone short from a staple I missed. Has anyone else had a string of days where everything just falls apart at once?
