Rant: found out one in five homes with panels still has no working siren test on record
Was reading through the NFPA stats from a 2023 report and saw that a huge chunk of break ins happen at homes where the panel beeps but the siren never actually fires. I checked three jobs this month and two had horn wiring chewed up in the attic from a install back in 2019. Any of you start doing a live siren test on every service call now?
