Shoutout to the security desk at my kid's school

I was dropping off a permission slip last Wednesday and noticed their new alarm panel setup in the front office. They had the keypad mounted behind a glass partition (like, why?), so I pointed it out to the secretary. She said three installers had missed it in the last 2 years. Anybody else run into schools where people hide the controls from themselves?

Noticed the same thing at our library's emergency exit @elizabeth_williams, people just overcomplicate simple stuff.
