I keep hearing about Zanda (formerly Power Diary) for practice management. We’re a psychology clinic in Australia and I’m specifically interested in how it handles Medicare and DVA claims. Anyone using it for that?

The Medicare and DVA integrations are easily the strongest in this category. The automated reminders alone can cut no-shows significantly. The rebrand from Power Diary was a bit confusing at first but the platform itself is solid.
