I finally listened to the PA about my ankle brace

My PA at the clinic in Tulsa kept telling me to wear the brace even when I felt fine. I thought it was just covering his bases. Two weeks ago I skipped it during a long shift and my ankle gave out on the stairs at work. Now I'm back in the boot for another 6 weeks. Has anyone else ignored good advice like this and paid for it?
