That $45 posture trainer clip is collecting dust in my drawer

I picked up one of those wearable posture sensors at a supply expo in Dallas, figured it would train me to stop slouching during patient transfers. It buzzed every time my shoulders rounded, which was basically nonstop, and by day two I was ignoring it while doing actual work. Has anyone else wasted money on ergonomic gadgets that ended up being more annoying than useful?

Heard a podcast where an ergonomist said most of these wearable gadgets just train you to feel guilty, not actually build better habits. She compared it to a scale that yells at you about your weight, you stop using it after a week. I figure the real fix is just setting a timer on my phone to remind me to adjust my stance, costs nothing and works way better. That buzz from the clip just became background noise faster than my alarm clock does.
