I was helping a Spanish-speaking family sort out their physical therapy schedule last month and the hospital translator app froze on the word 'stretching,' so I ended up drawing stick figures on a napkin and the daughter laughed, then pulled up a video on her phone that explained everything better than the app ever did, anyone else had to improvise around tech that just dies at the worst moment?
