Wasted $80 on a bulk roll of expired film from a random seller on Ebay

Every single frame came out with this weird purple fog and I couldn't salvage a single shot, has anyone else gotten burned buying old stock online?

No way, $80 for a roll of film that's completely ruined?! That's just brutal, especially with that purple mess ruining every frame. I've been there buying old stock and it's always a gamble, but that price tag for a single roll is insane. People really need to stop pricing expired film like it's some kind of gold mine when it's just trash. Hopefully you can get Ebay to step in and refund you because that's just not okay.
