Traded my digital camera for an old Pentax K1000 and it slowed me way down
I spent years firing off hundreds of shots with my DSLR and never really looking at them... then I picked up a Pentax K1000 from a thrift store for 40 bucks. With only 36 frames per roll, I actually think about light and composition before I press the button. Has anyone else found that a manual camera made them a better photographer?

Felt the same way when I grabbed an old Canon AE-1 from my uncle's closet. That 36 frame limit made me really look at light and shadows before I even touched the shutter button lol. Now I actually keep more of my shots instead of deleting 90% of them later.
