PSA: My bokashi bin started smelling like vinegar in my Brooklyn studio
I added some shredded newspaper and it balanced out in about two days. Has anyone else fixed a sour smell without moving the bin outside?

Remember my buddy had that exact problem in his tiny apartment. He mixed in a full cup of used coffee grounds from his kitchen canister, the dry kind. Said the smell got way better overnight and the whole batch looked less wet.
