Saw someone's bokashi bin spill at a farmers market and it totally flipped my thinking
I was at the Lincoln Park farmers market last Saturday and watched a guy's bucket burst open, and instead of it being a gross mess it just smelled like pickled veggies. Has anyone else found bokashi easier to manage indoors than a traditional worm bin?

Oh please, it's not that serious - a little pickle smell isn't gonna change anyone's life. @price.jake is right about the ferment thing though, less flies than my worm bin for sure.
