That one apartment complex job that made me swear off LG dryers
I pulled 12 LG dryers out of a 40 unit building in Aurora last Thursday, all with the same burned out thermal fuse. The landlord kept blaming me for coming back, but it was the venting, every single one had a 90 degree bend crammed in a 4 inch chase. How do you guys even quote this kind of work when the builder clearly cut corners and you know it'll fail again in 6 months? Has anyone found a fuse that actually holds up in these tight runs, or do you just tell them to rip out the wall?
