The old timer at the Bethel farmers market swore by soaking seeds in chamomile tea before planting

I always thought it was nonsense until I tried it with my tomato starts last spring and they germinated twice as fast as the dry ones. Has anyone else experimented with weird seed tricks like this or am I just late to the party?

Did you use warm or cold chamomile tea for soaking them?

Funny you mention that @simontorres, I once used pickle juice by accident and the plants still grew fine.
