Went from taking pizza orders to actually running the place, huge shift in how I see customers
Back in 2018 I was just the guy at the counter writing down names in Columbus, but now I handle the whole front and prep line on weekends. Do other people find that moving into a lead role changes how you treat regulars, or do some folks just stay grumpy no matter what?
