Appreciation post: Dark frames turned my fuzzy star pics into clear shots

I used to think dark frames were optional, but that was a huge mistake. Now my photos show clear details without all the noise.

Glad dark frames helped, but remember they only tackle sensor noise. Fuzzy stars often come from tracking or focus problems. Combining dark frames with good technique gives the best results.
