Hit 10,000 stacked astrophotos last night and it felt weird

I was just organizing my hard drive and noticed I've stacked 10,000 individual frames of the Orion Nebula over the last three years. Didn't set out to hit any number, it just added up from all those clear nights. Kind of wild to think each one was a separate 30 second exposure where I was outside in the cold. Has anyone else had a random milestone like this sneak up on them?

Man that's a really cool way to think about it. 10,000 frames is a lot of time and effort and it just adds up before you know it. I hope that stack looks as good as all that work deserves.

Just hit 1000 hours in my gardening sim game last week and felt the same weirdness. Didn't even realize I'd been playing that long until the save file told me. It's like these numbers sneak up on you while you're just doing what you love. 10,000 frames of Orion is pretty epic though, bet you've got some insane detail in that stack now.
