That $50 stud welder finally beat my glue pull kit

I've been doing dent repair for 6 years and always swore by glue pulling on thin panels. Last week I tried a cheap Chicago Electric stud welder on a 2019 Civic door and it pulled the crease out in half the time without burning through. Anyone else switch back to studs for certain panels, or am I just using the glue wrong?

Hold on, glue still wins on the thin stuff for me. That stud welder will leave you sanding for hours on a crease that glue would've popped clean.
