Walked into a customer's car and found the weirdest repair bodge

So I had a client bring in a 2012 Civic with a rattling door panel last Tuesday. Took off the trim and found someone had used a flattened soda can and three zip ties to hold the window regulator in place. It actually worked for like 18 months before it finally gave out on some pothole on I-35. I had to laugh because I've seen worse, once a guy used a wooden dowel for a control arm bushing. Anyone else ever crack open a panel and find something that made you question humanity?
