Watched a shop foreman in Detroit fix a crushed quarter panel in 20 minutes with a stud welder and slide hammer last Tuesday

I spent three hours trying to pull that same damage on a Ford F-150 and he had it smooth in less time than it takes me to drink my morning coffee, so what techniques do you guys use to speed up metal finishing without losing quality?

Watched a guy do the same thing last month and it changed my whole approach to bodywork.

Watching someone else's hands move is totally different than reading about it in a book... You pick up on little rhythms and pressure changes you'd never think to try on your own. Last time I saw a therapist work on someone's psoas from that weird angle, it made me realize I'd been approaching it all wrong for years. That one shift in perspective can save you months of trial and error.
