After swapping my old 3/8-inch drive for a 1/2-inch impact on a seized axle nut, I'm never going back.

The extra torque from the Milwaukee M18 High-Torque Impact Wrench broke it free in seconds, while my old tool just clicked and heated up, so what's your go-to for stubborn fasteners?

Damn, did you use any special socket or just a regular impact one?

My buddy Mark tried to use a regular impact socket on a seized lug nut once. He ended up rounding the nut so bad he had to cut it off with a grinder. I told him to get a set of those thin wall impact sockets for any tight spots. @the_nina you definitely don't want to learn that lesson the hard way.

Heating it up first is my secret weapon.
