Last Tuesday was the worst day I've had in this shop in months

Ngl, I had a 2015 Ford F-150 come in for a simple brake job and ended up snapping a bleeder screw on the first wheel. Took me almost 2 hours to extract it before I could even start the real work. Then a customer showed up at 4 PM demanding their car was ready by 5 even though I told them it'd be tomorrow. Has anyone else had a day where everything just fights back like that?

Bro a bleeder screw snapping on the first wheel? That's brutal. I've had days in my line of work where the first thing goes wrong and it just sets the tone for the rest of the shift. Feeling your pain on that one, especially the customer showing up at 4PM expecting a miracle. Hope the rest of your week went better.

Did the guy at least bring donuts or something when he rolled in at 4PM demanding a miracle? I swear those last minute customer jobs are cursed, they always come with some hidden headache like a rusted bleeder screw that was born in the junkyard. At least you found out early in the day instead of after five hours of breaking things.
