Using time tracking apps on my phone made a huge difference for me. Breaking it down by day instead of waiting until the end saved my sanity.

Noticing those hidden minutes really makes you see how all those little habits add up over a whole week.

Toggl is the one I landed on after trying like five different apps last year. I set it up with color coded projects for work, chores, and personal time and it finally clicked for me. Seeing those little blocks fill up each day keeps me honest about where my hours actually go versus where I think they go. It's kind of wild how much time I was just losing to scrolling without even noticing. Your mileage may vary on which app works best but the daily check in thing is absolutely the key.
