A lead avionics guy looked at my cannon plug and asked if I'd ever actually torqued anything
I'd been hand-tightening cannon plugs on the 737 for about 2 years until a lead at the Charlotte hangar watched me do one and said 'that's why you keep chafing wires' so now I use a torque wrench on everything and my comebacks dropped from like 3 a week to almost zero, has anyone else had a lead call them out like that?
