Finally saw the difference a proper crimp tool makes after 4 years

I was using this $20 ratcheting crimper on D-sub pins for ages and kept getting intermittent failures on the bench. Switched to a Daniels M22520 last month after a senior tech at my shop in Phoenix showed me his setup. Has anyone else seen a big jump in connector reliability after upgrading their tool?

The Daniels M22520 made a huge difference for me too. I was fighting with solder cup D-subs for years until I got one and the failures just stopped.
