I mean, I used to think pins were just pins and you could pretty much predict where they'd end up. But then I got this one pin on a map that was tucked behind a random waterfall in a cave system I'd never even heard of. Like, it wasn't even near any main trails or landmarks. I totally changed my mind after that, because now I realize some pins are just hidden in the most random spots you'd never think to look. Maybe it's just me but that specific one really opened my eyes to how creative some people get with placement.
