My neighbor told me my birdbath was too deep and it finally clicked why the robins never used it.

Honestly that makes so much sense. Robins like to just wade in shallow water, not take a full bath. Tbh you could just add a bunch of big, clean rocks to the bottom to make a platform. That way it isn't a total loss and you don't have to buy a new one. Ngl I bet you'll see birds using it all the time after that fix.

My robin used the rock trick last summer... it worked like a charm.
