My sourdough starter took 47 days to finally double, not the 7 everyone promised

I kept feeding it daily in my 68 degree kitchen, changed flour twice, even tried bottled water after week three, and it was flat as a pancake until I moved it next to my fridge motor where it hit 78 degrees, so what's the longest any of you have waited for a stubborn starter to show life?
