Visited the King Arthur Baking School in Vermont and think their sourdough method is overcomplicated.
I watched a lady spend 45 minutes on a feeding schedule when my grandma's bucket-in-the-corner starter has been going strong for 30 years with no fuss, why do we make this harder than it needs to be?
