Hit 120 perfect macaron shells in a row after 8 tries

I kept cracking my macarons for weeks. Tried every trick online but nothing worked. Then I started weighing the egg whites instead of counting eggs. Ended up needing 95g of whites for my recipe not 3 eggs. That small change gave me 120 perfect shells in a row last Sunday. Did anyone else find that a simple measurement switch fixed their baking problems?

That measuring trick works with everything, not just baking.

Working with everything" - you're so right. Switched to weighing flour for my bread and it changed everything.
