Hit my 100th sourdough loaf and it was my worst one yet
Everyone says practice makes perfect but I pulled my 100th loaf out of the oven last Tuesday and it came out flat as a pancake with a gummy middle. I swear my starter at home in Portland has been acting up since the weather changed. Has anyone else hit a big number only to have it totally flop on you?

Blame the Portland humidity, my starter went totally moody when the rain kicked in last month too.
