I've been baking for years and just realized my oven rack was one notch too high

My chocolate chip cookies were always a little burnt on the bottom until my kid pointed out the picture in the manual shows the middle rack in the third slot, not the second.

Seriously? It's just a cookie. People act like it's some huge life failure. Not everything needs to be perfect. Tastes the same either way.
