Just hit 100 loaves of sourdough, and my oven is lying to me

I logged my 100th bake last Tuesday and the recipe worked perfect, but the oven temp was off by 25 degrees the whole time. That means I've been overproofing for months without knowing it. Anyone else ever cross a milestone and realize their equipment was messing with them the whole time?
