My Bundt cake stuck so bad I had to chisel it out
Made a lemon Bundt cake last Sunday for a family dinner and greased the pan with butter and flour like I always do. When I flipped it over, half the cake stayed stuck to the pan and I had to chip it out in chunks with a butter knife. Has anyone found a particular nonstick spray or method that actually works for those intricate pan designs?

A chisel is way more bakery than I want my kitchen to look like.

Oh man, that's brutal. My buddy swore by the Pam baking spray with flour in it for his super detailed Nordic Ware pans and never had it stick again. He used to butter and flour everything too until he lost half a cake and switched over.

Pam with flour is the real deal honestly. Butter and flour always ended up spotty for me in detailed pans. That spray just coats everything right the first time.
