Spent 3 hours trying to get my sourdough starter to double in size
Turns out my tap water had too much chlorine. Switched to filtered water and it took off in 2 days. Anyone else fight with their starter over something dumb like this?

Oh chlorine's not usually the issue, it's actually chloramine that's way worse for starters.
