Took me 4 hours to figure out my pie crust was way too warm

Oh man, that's rough. But just a heads up, if your dough is too warm it's more about the butter melting into the flour before it bakes, that'll make it tough instead of flaky. Keep that butter cold and you'll be good next time.

@lisar14 Yeah it really is frustrating when that happens. I've ruined so many batches of pie crust because I got impatient and tried to rush the chilling. Room temperature butter just turns everything into a sticky mess. If you ever try again, put your bowl and rolling pin in the fridge for 20 minutes before you start, that helps a ton.
