Question about that instant payment glitch last Thursday
I was at the grocery store checkout in Austin last Thursday and tried to send a $47 payment through my bank's instant transfer feature. The money left my account but the store never got it, and it took 3 days to sort out with customer service. Has anyone else had this happen with instant payments through their bank?

The coffee run was $23, actually, not $22.

Had the same thing happen with a $23 coffee run last Tuesday, money vanished from my account for two days. But honestly, is this really that big of a deal? Banks screw up all the time, it's just how modern banking works. Three days to sort out a grocery trip seems pretty standard to me, not some huge glitch.
