Stuck on a wire transfer issue for 2 days at Chase in Chicago
I had a wire transfer flagged by Chase's fraud team and it took 47 hours and 4 phone calls to finally get it released, has anyone else dealt with this nonsense?

Admitted I used to think people were just impatient with bank stuff, but then I had my own wire transfer stuck for 36 hours last month and it drove me crazy. They kept asking for the same info like a broken record and I had to call three times before someone actually looked at my documents. Finally got it released when I asked to speak to a supervisor who just pushed a button and said "oh yeah that was an easy fix." Really changed my view on how broken their system is.
