Tried using Zelle for a Craigslist furniture sale and the buyer flagged me as a scammer

I sold a sofa for $450 on Craigslist in Austin, took payment through Zelle, and the buyer's bank froze the transfer for 3 days calling it suspicious - so which side are you on, is it smart security or just making legit sellers look shady?

Used to side with the banks pver sellers every time. But freezing money for 3 days on a legit sale just punishes regular folks trying to get rid of their couch.

$29 couch sale got my funds locked for 96 hours once lmao, @bettyhunt you gotta see it from the bank's side though - they're just covering their asses from chargebacks since scammers ruin it for everyone.
