Clippers buzzing too hot was ruining my fades until I checked the blade gap
I used to think my Andis clippers just ran hot after 20 minutes no matter what. Then a barber at the shop in Phoenix showed me my blade gap was way too tight on the fade blade. He adjusted it with a dime as a spacer and the motor barely heated up after an hour. All that time I blamed the clippers when it was just me not setting them right. Now I check the gap every morning and my fades are cleaner too. Anyone else figure this out way later than they should have?

Dime trick saved my motor too. Game changer.
