Spent 6 months struggling with fade lines before I caught my mistake, it was the angle of my wrist the whole time.
Was at a barber battle demo in Portland last spring when a guy I respected pointed out my wrist was tilted too far forward letting the blade dig in uneven, has anyone else had a simple posture fix change their whole game?

Idk if it's just me but I've noticed that most of my screw-ups in life boil down to some tiny angle I wasn't paying attention to. It's wild how one little tilt can mess up everything else you're doing.

ruby_lane I totally get what you're saying about that "tiny angle" thing. For me it was like I kept trying to fix the big stuff first and getting nowhere. Then one day I just started focusing on ONE small thing at a time, like the corner of a puzzle piece that was off. I'd stop and ask myself "what's the littlest thing I can adjust right now" before touching anything else. It's not a perfect fix but it helps me catch those little tilts before they turn into a whole crash. Once you get used to looking for the smallest off angle first, it gets easier to spot them coming.

Noticed the same thing with my own stuff. It's like life is just a big balancing act and one little wobble throws off everything I was trying to keep straight.
