That one Saturday last spring where every fade just clicked into place

I had a day back in April where I lined up 7 appointments back to back and every single one came out clean on the first try. No having to go back over the same spot 3 times, no awkward moments where the guard slips. Even my client Dave who always points out tiny flaws just said "looks good" and tipped me $15. Has anyone else had a day where everything you touch turns out perfect for no reason?

Wait hold on I gotta say something about this. 7 appointments back to back? That's a marathon. I did 5 once and my wrist was killing me by the end. Good on you though for pulling it off clean. The Dave thing is the real miracle honestly. Those guys who point out every little thing never just say "looks good." You must have been in the zone that day. Maybe it's about being well rested or just the planets aligning or whatever.

Nah the wrist thing is real but 7 isn't that bad if you spread them out right. I've done 8 before and it's more about pacing than stamina. The real trick is having good ergonomics and taking those tiny breaks between people. Dave though, yeah that's wild. He never compliments anyone so you must have nailed something specific. Maybe he was just in a good mood that day. Still counts though.
